Our 6 night retreat takes place during the first full moon of 2024 to start the year with intention at a magical eco-retreat in the pristine mountains on the gorgeous Talari River.
We are coming together to deeply nourish our bodies and hearts, to soften
and surrender into our creative expression, dance our dreams awake and re-wild to the ancient rhythms of the Earth.
Awaken to the sound of howler monkeys and gorgeous birds as you behold a beautiful Costa Rican sunrise. Enjoy healing meditation with incredible herbal infusions and morning yoga followed by homemade breakfast made with organic local ingredients. Take some time to walk to the river, rest, journal or connect before late morning classes in herbalism, tropical medicine making, belly dance, chocolate making and more. Savor a delicious healthy lunch together in nature followed by nature spa and inspiring afternoon healing workshops.
